KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Contractor Billing Management ? Verify and certify Running Account (RA) bills in line with contractual milestones and site progress ? Validate quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and actual site measurements ? Ensure full compliance with contract terms, agreed rate schedules, and variation order protocols ? Review and certify extra items and variation orders with appropriate justification and documentation
